Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of rbxcleaning.com and the cleaning services provided by Beth Cleaning, a registered fictitious name (DBA) of RBX Group LLC, registered with the Florida Department of State under number G26000106236 (“Beth Cleaning”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
1. Quotes and bookings
Submitting the form on this website is a request for a quote, not a confirmed booking. A service is only scheduled once we confirm the date, time and price with you directly. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide; if the condition or size of the space differs materially from what was described, we will discuss an adjusted price with you before starting work.
2. Access to the property
You are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the scheduled time, including keys, codes or someone to let our team in. If our team cannot access the property, a cancellation fee may apply.
3. Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice may be charged up to 50% of the quoted price to cover the reserved crew time.
4. Payment
Payment is due on completion of the service unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Recurring plans are billed after each visit.
5. Your responsibilities before a visit
- Secure cash, jewelry and other valuables.
- Tell us in advance about pets, alarm systems, or areas you would like us to skip.
- Tell us about any surface, appliance or material that requires special handling.
6. Scope of work
Our services do not include: moving heavy furniture or appliances, cleaning biohazards, mold remediation, pest infestations, exterior windows above ground level, or any task that our team judges unsafe. We will let you know if something falls outside our scope.
7. Insurance, damage and satisfaction
Our team is insured. If we damage something during a visit, tell us within 48 hours so we can inspect, repair or replace it. If you are not satisfied with an area we cleaned, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean that area at no charge. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
8. Website content
All text, images, logos and design on this site are owned by Beth Cleaning or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent. Before-and-after photos show real results from past jobs; results vary with the condition of each space.
9. Text messages
By providing a mobile number you consent to receive service-related texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
10. Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site or our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
