Beth Cleaning is a registered fictitious name (DBA) of RBX Group LLC, registered with the Florida Department of State under number G26000106236. Beth Cleaning (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through rbxcleaning.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit a quote request we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and any details you choose to include in the message field.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we and our analytics providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and time spent on the site.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use Google Tag Manager to load analytics and advertising tags from Google and Meta. These may set cookies to measure site traffic and advertising performance.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your quote request and provide the cleaning services you ask for.
- To contact you about your booking by phone, text message or email.
- To measure how the website performs and improve it.
- To measure the performance of our advertising campaigns.
- To comply with legal or tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf:
- Web3Forms — delivers quote-request form submissions to our inbox.
- Google Tag Manager — loads and manages the measurement tags below.
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymous website traffic measurement.
- Google Ads — measures which ads lead to quote requests, and may show you our ads on other sites.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) — measures which ads lead to quote requests, and may show you our ads on Facebook and Instagram.
- Hostinger — website hosting and server logs.
Each provider is bound to use your data only to deliver its service to us.
4. Cookies and your choices
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from requesting a quote.
- Opt out of Google Analytics on all sites with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
- Control the ads Google shows you in your Google Ad Center.
- Control the ads Meta shows you in your Facebook ad preferences.
5. Text messages
If you provide a mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from us about your quote or booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.
6. Data retention
We keep quote requests for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, typically no longer than three years after our last contact with you. You may ask us to delete your information sooner.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to stop contacting you. Email rbxclean@gmail.com or call (786) 491-9057 and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Children
Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
